About the Job:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive the talent identification and attraction strategies for technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements and targeting strategies. In this role, you will be communicating with company leadership to understand business strategy and demand and set recruiting goals accordingly.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Recruiter in a high growth company
  • Be the sole recruiter at AnChain, managing recruiting processes across the entire organization
  • Meet headcount goals that enable AnChain to scale our Product, Engineering, Design, IT, Security, and Sales teams across the US
  • Source and identify active and passive candidates through various channels including Internet job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates and constant communication
  • Executives and hiring managers trust my input and rely on my expertise to build their teams
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up, and communication
  • Drive recruitment in the digital and technology space
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones using efficient and automated workflows whenever possible
  • Ensure standardization and consistency of recruiting practices and policies
  • Manage an efficient and effective process
  • Act as an ambassador for AnChain.AI

What You’ll Bring with You

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience independently partnering and collaborating with Leadership on hiring strategies and initiatives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing (we use LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Results-driven and metrics oriented
  • Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environment where you may not have all the answers
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and independent thinking
  • Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests and manage time effectively
